The Petersham’s head chef, Jean-Didier Gouges, began his career in his home country of Mauritius, where he regularly cooked for the president and other government ministers. He then moved to Europe, where he worked in prominent head chef roles in France and London, and led the team at both the London Capital Club and the St Pancras Hotel Group. His artistic flair and management style will prove to be a winning combination when it comes to your wedding menu.
